James Knoop is a mild mannered reporter for the Golden Star newspaper by day.During his evenings he works a social activist for the  Council of Canadians, Golden chapter. He received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 2006. Later this month, he will be traveling to Norwich University in  Vermont to receive his Masters of Arts in Diplomacy. James'  concentration during his M.A. was in Terrorist Studies. At the D-day dinner on June 6, he will be speaking on D-Day, why it was such a unique event in history, and the changing nature of international threats.
